Description

We give 11-15 year olds the skills they need to bring fabric to life. In addition to learning how to thread and operate a sewing machine with complete independence, students learn advanced skills like how to insert zippers, topstitching, working with linings and sewing curved seams. Projects for this age group have included backpacks, garments, hats, accessories, and much more.

After school pick up from:

  • Nebinger School
  • Southwark School

This class will be held on 7 Fridays: Jan 9, 23, Feb 6, 20, 27, Mar 6, & 27 (skips Jan 16, Jan 30, Feb 13, Mar 13, & Mar 20)
